The Gladwin Kids Club Childcare Centre has been in operation for many years and continues each year to live up to the reputation that precedes it. Our location sits on a large piece of property to explore outdoors and stay active. We also use our full size Gym regularly to let off some steam after a busy full day at school! At our centre we have 3 fundamental beliefs that we go by; Respect each other, Respect ourselves, and Respect this place and everything in it. Within these beliefs we have created a supportive environment for each child to grow, make mistakes and learn. As teachers we take every possible teachable moment to stay positive in order for children to navigate the complexities of growing and learning. In our 3-5 Daycare program we have created a structured, play based environment but with openness and encouragement for all children to explore their creativity. Social development is a priority in both our 3-5 and School Age programs, teaching children how to interact in positive ways, encouraging each other to succeed and also helping get through some challenges together within conflict as well. As a collective, management and Staff work together to ensure that this Centre proves itself each year to continue our reputation of excellence.
